Worn brake pads
Your front pads are at the wear-indicator groove. They'll still slow you down, but stopping power drops in the rain and the rotor will start eating itself if you ride them much longer. Plan on replacing them this week.
Why it happenedNormal wear. Pads are consumable. Typical life is 1,500 to 3,000 miles, less if you ride wet conditions or long descents.
